Our Team
We are a small team supporting the day to day service work
Chief Operating Officer/Group Practice Director
Oversight of all the service delivery and PCN support that the organisation provides, including governance lead
responsibilities.
Oversight of Park View Practice, Victoria Mill Medical Practice & Charlestown Medical Practice.
Head of Service
Supporting service delivery and working closely with the PCN’s to effect changes and put systems and processes in
place. Also supports new business/special projects
Group Manager
Supporting New business/special projects. Assisting/supports service delivery working closely with the PCNs and practices.
Head of Finance
To coordinate all aspects of financial management in the organisation.
Administration
A dedicated team Supporting service delivery and working closely with the to effect changes and put systems and processes in place.
Others working for and with us
We have a wide range of both directly employed and sessional clinicians who support both service delivery or who are working within the primary care networks.
Whether employed or otherwise, this workforce enable us to deliver high quality care or support individual practices
or the primary care networks to do the same.
We also utilise the skills and expertise of local practice staff to support some of our services and whilst we don't
employ them directly whilst they are supporting our service we value their contributions and take responsibility for
what they do.
